Which credit cards
do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express. This includes all card types which are derivatives
of those brands. Some examples are: Visa check cards
and debit cards, MasterCard "MasterMoney", EuroCard,
etc.
Do you accept other
forms of payment online, such as paper checks, online
checks, or EFT transfers?
We accept only Visa, MasterCard, and
American Express, and other cards which bear those
brands for online processing. If you want to pay for
merchandise from your checking account you can use
a Visa or MasterCard check card or debit card, however.
If you would like to pay by check or
some other financial arrangement, you may call, write,
or email your request and we would be happy to accomodate
you..
How do I place an
order?
For credit card orders,
use our convenient online shopping by selecting items using the
button next to the item you would like to purchase and then pressing
the

What if the product
comes and I don't like it?
If your are disatisfied with the product, return
it within 7 days for a full refund. Learn

How secure is this
site especially when entering my credit card?
When you check out and are ready to enter personal
information such as a credit card number, the information is sent
over a secure encrypted channel called SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
This protects the information from fraudulent activities. Learn

Will my personal
information (such as name and address) be sent to
anyone for advertising purposes?
No! Never! This information is only
for use in preparing your order and for CutOutz's
own mailing list. We will never sell, share, lease,
or provided in any way your personal information to
anyone outside of CutOutz. Learn

What if I like the
item, but none of the colors seem to suite my taste?
We certainly can work this out. Simply decide what
product you want and then give us a call to determine if there
is some other color we can find to fit your needs. Learn

How long does it
take once I place an order?
We strive for a 2 day turn-around to
ship your order. We ship using UPS Ground for most
orders. Shipping times will vary depending on your
location. If you need your purchase by a specific
date, please indicate that on your order and we will
contact you if there are any problems meeting that
date.
If you need decorations fast, contact
us BEFORE placing your order and talk to a representative
so that we may find ways to expedite your order.
What materials
are used for the decorations?
We can make the decorations from several
types of material. It is easy for us to switch between
different materials and colors.
Our most popular materials you will
find on this site are as follows:
Foilboard - A 10 point material about the thickness
of an index card.
Foamboard - A 3/16" stiff foamboard laminated
with various material such as:
ColorCast - A smooth glossy finish
Cracked Ice - A textured crinkled finish
Holographic - A 3D prism finish
Metalic Foil - A smooth matalic finish
Plain White - Non-laminated
Poly - A 1/4" soft, flexible, closed cell
polyethylene foam that comes only in white
We can also special order various other materials
such as thicker 20 point foilboard, flame-retardent
Poly, etc.
